Matted coat: In the event of matted coat, needing a
shave down/clip down, the owner should be aware that irritation may occur from
the shaving process although it's rare. The owner agrees that COCO DOG SPA Dog Wash & Groom shall
not be held liable for any after-grooming effects of matt clipping procedures
or problems “uncovered” on a badly matted neglected coat which could include,
but are not limited to the following: itchiness, skin redness or self inflicted
irritations/abrasions from excessive external rubbing. The owner understands
that the groomer cannot be held responsible for such occurrences, although they
will take all necessary precautions to prevent them. The owner also understand
that matted pets take additional time to groom so there will be an additional
fee added onto the regular grooming price if the pet's coat is matted.
Health: The owner understands that grooming can be stressful
to some pets and you will inform the groomer if your pet has any heart
conditions or any stress related issues prior to grooming. The owner also
understands that it is necessary to have your pet up to date on all
vaccinations prior to grooming. In the grooming process all care is taken to
ensure the health and safety of your pet. COCO DOG SPA Dog Wash & Groom will do whatever is
appropriate for the well being of all pets while in their care, however if the
service of a veterinarian are required, the owner authorize COCO DOG SPA Dog Wash & Groom to
obtain veterinarian treatment in the case of an incident or serious medical
