Matted coat:   In the event of matted coat, needing a shave down/clip down, the owner should be aware that irritation may occur from the shaving process although it's rare. The owner agrees that COCO DOG SPA Dog Wash & Groom shall not be held liable for any after-grooming effects of matt clipping procedures or problems “uncovered” on a badly matted neglected coat which could include, but are not limited to the following: itchiness, skin redness or self inflicted irritations/abrasions from excessive external rubbing. The owner understands that the groomer cannot be held responsible for such occurrences, although they will take all necessary precautions to prevent them.
